When you first open the app, you'll create a profile for your child and choose a buddy character. After that, you can start spelling! You get a free 14-day trial to try the full app.

❓ Can multiple children use the app?

Yes! Create a separate profile for each child. They'll each have their own progress, characters, and rewards. Simply tap "Choose Your Buddy" to switch between profiles.

❓ What's the parental gate?

The parental gate is a quick multiplication question that prevents children from accidentally accessing settings or the paywall. It's a simple way to keep control in parent/adult hands.

❓ How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of full access to all features at no cost. After 14 days, you'll see a one-time purchase option (£2.99) to unlock the full app permanently.

❓ What happens after the trial ends?

After 14 days, you can unlock the full app for a one-time payment of £2.99. This gives you permanent access — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. You can continue playing for free during the trial, but some features will show the paywall.

❓ Do I have redemption codes?

Every 5 words your child spells correctly, they earn a treasure item! The app shows an offer dialog with a fun accessory they can add to their collection. These go into the Treasure Chest and can be used to dress up their character.

You start with 6 free characters (Cat, Dog, Dinosaur, Panda, Rabbit, Sloth). As your child spells words, they earn coins. Use coins to unlock additional characters from the Character Shop.

❓ Can I create custom word lists?

Yes! Tap "Custom Words" and create your own spelling list. Add words one by one, and your child can practice spelling them. Perfect for tailored learning.

❓ How do I change the letter style (uppercase/lowercase)?

On the game screen, you'll see a segmented control (ABC/abc) above the keyboard. Tap it to toggle between uppercase and lowercase letters. This setting saves automatically.
